Aggregator Status Declaration

The administrative body of MeVid does not serve as the "producer" for any of the sexually explicit content indexed here. We operate solely as an embed transmission and retrieval layer for external video tubes. Consequently, primary 18 U.S.C. § 2257 record-keeping duties lie with the original content publishers and the external host servers.

Statutory Exemptions
